It appears undamaged but I haven't had…
It was in good condition upon delivery. Installation was a breeze. Although I had to run DC wires for it. The last water heater was also a Suburban, but was not powered, it used a manual pilot start. Since it lasted for 23 years, if I get the same out of this one, I'll be a happy camper. The price was good and delivery time was prompt. Thank you, BillC

Good communication
Good communication, however it would have been nice to know that the item I ordered was not in stock. So I was notified that my item was on back order. this means hat I will eventually get what I ordered.
