$16 to ship a 1/4 oz piece of rubber that costs $18, it’s 11 days since shipping and I still haven’t received it. I’m going to call to cancel, got it some place else.

Service advisor was very helpful, however price of part was pricy 3 time more than elsewhere, but needed ASAP.

Delivered 2 days early. Just what I needed.

Second reminder for a survey about an order that is yet to be delivered

I needed a part and they shipped to me within 4 days. I did not to drive across town and waste my time having fun in my RV

Service was super and response time was as well. Sad part is that the manufacturer wasn't as clear about what part could do for the buyer, which was nothing.
