The part said it was for DV6500X
The part said it was for DV6500X, it is not even close. You should have pictures so people can see if it looks like theirs. Trying to return, waiting on Splendide web site to respond. Update, they have taken care of everything. Got the right part and the money returned. Erin Cadigan was great to work with, thank you.

We apologize for the error, we have since updated our website to reflect this correctly and have added photos to parts per your suggestion! Thanks for you feedback!

When you go to place an order and you…
When you go to place an order and you do not have the part why don’t you state we do not have this part instead of taking payment?
Response from RV Washers Dryers· Dec 6, 2023
We do apologize for the headache here. Sometimes there is a lag in communication from the manufacturer to the distributor and then to us, the retailer, when parts are discontinued. We do apologize for the trouble, we did issue you a full refund, of course as we were at fault. We do review all our inventory on a regularly basis to check for these issue. We know we fell short on service here, but we hope we can do better next time.

Response from RV Washers Dryers· Dec 6, 2023
We know we missed the mark here and that is not how we typically do our business but sometimes human error does occur! We sent the additional 3 as soon as we were informed of the error but we do apologize for the long wait in getting these parts to you.
