I should have asked a few more questions about how to operate the system, since it's a little different than my old system.

The sales rep, Joe, explained everything thoroughly; did not pressure us but answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgable and efficient. The person that came to install the equipment, Erik, was also very knowledgable, was able to quickly install all of our equipment and was very patient in explaining how to use the equipment. And, all in the same day!

The guys that came out was some of friendliest people. They explained everything as they went along and afterwards showed us how to work everything.

Needed to order another outside camera and Had amazing help from the tech he was very Informative and knowledgeable. Great experience!

Great and I’m enjoying the new system

I had my alarm put in Thursday this week already I have several sensors that the batteries are dead . I feel that I am not safe now in my own home. My children are very upset. If this problem is not taking care soon they want the whole system taking out my home
