The salesman was persistent, but I am very happy with the installer and the system... over Brinks. I tried to call the salesman and so far he hasn't returned my call. The installer was excellent and thorough. Overall I am very pleased I switched over to Safe Home Security;

Installation of the new camera delayed without advance notice. New panel was smaller than the last one. This was a disappointment. Also I was told that the old system would not be reinstalled after it had been disconnected if we changed our mind.

Good deal for the service I need. Technician was great and did a very good job. Once the panel was installed it and service started it has been a pain having to work with the apps and adding users.
