Safer Escape LLCReviews of saferescape.com

We live in an old home with beautiful archtectural features. That made for some difficulties with our installation, but the people of Safer Escape were professionals and drafted a well thought out plan. We are very happy with our choice to install Safer Escape on our home. This has given us real piece of mind.

Great experience! The team was professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout the process. The ladder is a simple, well-designed solution that gives you real peace of mind, especially if you have kids. I also love that it’s discreet and permanently installed, so there’s nothing to search for or set up during an emergency. Highly recommend for anyone looking to make their home safer!!!!

The Safer Escape team responded to my website inquiry really quickly. From the beginning, I received great personal attention, and they took care of everything throughout the process. The installation was quick and straightforward, and the product itself is simple and easy to use. Fire safety was always something I worried about, but I never really took the time to do anything about it. Now I genuinely feel like I have more peace of mind knowing that my family is better prepared and protected in case of an emergency. Great value for the money, and definitely worth it.

The Safer Escape fire ladder was the perfect solution for a condo that only had one exit. The ladder was installed along the side of the building so it could be accessed from the deck. The Safer Escape ladder is sturdy and well designed. The Safer Escape team helped confirm it's location, size, and fit. Installation was done easily by a local handyman.

Love our foldable fire ladder. Working with Safer Escape made the process very easy. Communication was great and they answered all my questions. Great product and great company.

I am so happy I was able to get the Safer Escape ladder. The installation went smooth. My home and my loved ones are safer with this ladder. It is a genius idea to get out of the house from the top floor. Five years ago our neighbors had a terrible fire. The grandmother was assisting the children , who were upstairs, to the fire department’s extended ladder from their fire truck. The grandmother suffered terrible burns and died three days later in the hospital. I think all homes with more than one level should be required by law to have this ‘Safety Escape Ladder’. I’m sure that when the day began, my neighbor had no idea the nightmare they would experience that evening. THANK YOU SAFER ESCAPE LADDER.

After having an iron spiral staircase disintegrate from ocean spray I went searching for an aluminum alternative. I stumbled upon Safer Escape and they guided me towards the product that was the best solution for my application . Their customer service was - and is outstanding

Aaron and his team did a great job explaining the product and confirming specifications for my application. Delivery was smooth, and the ladder is excellent! It's finely crafted and functions as advertised (we've climbed up and down several times). I recommend Safer Escape without reservation.
