I reached our for a quote thinking that a sales representative would contact me to explain the system a bit and I’m disappointed

After filling out the form for my order, it came back with something different... substitutions maybe? due to availability? Would be good to know... but no feedback. Also... there was not cost information... which of course was the whole purpose of me filling out the order request. I'm interested in the product but this process was a waste of time.

Salesperson was less than honest about how long it would take to receive material. Your wait times are far too long. Customer became irritated. will definitely look elsewhere next time. Why don't you powder coat your own products instead of sending them out?
