Did a study with them in February, where I answered many questions but some questions popped up with no way to answer them (I’m very tech savvy - genuinely, no way of answering!). They told me I didn’t answer enough questions so don’t get the incentive. I even sent them via email a screenshot of what was happening whilst the research was taking place! I’m pretty sure they did this on purpose so they got some info from people but had an excuse not to pay anyone because they ‘didn’t answer enough questions’ even though it was impossible. An absolute joke of a company. Avoid at all costs.

This company refuses to answer help…
This company refuses to answer help tickets, and I've been waiting for nearly 3 months now since the completion of the study to get my payment. I requested a payment 2 months ago. Will not be doing any more studies for them.

Unable To Access Account with No Help
I had an account with them for years where I continuously did surveys I was invited to. I had probably around $100 or so in rewards points that had not been redeemed and then I go to log in to my account and I am unable to. It is telling me my email and password is incorrect and that I've already tried to request a password reset.
I am now unable to log into my account and redeem the rewards I am rightfully owed for taking the time to complete surveys.
I have reached out to them via their ticket process through the contact us link as well as multiple direct emails with absolutely no responses.
BEWARE of this site.

Quit working w sago focus group
I have worked with sago for over 5 years. Two medical studies off site. When we are off site we are supposed to get paid immediately! Once I did. Now I have let two strangers into my home for a medical interview. 2.5 hours it lasted over 3hours.
The email said payment would be upon completion. That was at 11 am then they left. I asked for the incentive...idk contact sago. Now they said oh that was my mistake, my wording is wrong! We'll change it and honor your words!! It's in in the documents sago sent! Sago am has not refused to reply!!Now it's back to the focus group wallet!! I am so livid! This is fraud and complete lies!! Now I was it 4-8 weeks for payment and I hand to take out two virtual cc!!! What a Los of crap! I am gone w thise propel! So many other places that are responsible w their langue and wording! Why does it take 8 week's to get paid! Sago gets paid from their client!?! Livid DO NOT WORK W SAGO ANY LONGER THEN HAVE GONE DOWN HILL!
If they would have stated the payment would go thru the focus group wallet there would be no issue! But die to their mistake they are not taking any responsibility or making it right!!!
So mad

If I give 0 stars I would
If I give 0 stars I would. Did an online interview in March, redeemed my reward points for an e-gift card March 27. It’s been over 6 weeks since I redeemed and I haven’t received anything. I’ve sent several emails and called (the message just tells you to email them and hangs up 🙄) and haven’t gotten any response. I intend to send them emails multiple times a day until I get paid. Absolutely ridiculous to make people wait months.

Poor incentive system!!
1 star because the incentive system through the QualBoard community has been really disappointing. I’ve completed multiple studies honestly and on time, but the rewards and incentives have been inconsistent and far below expectations. It feels unfair to invest time and effort without receiving proper compensation. The platform itself may be functional, but poor incentive management makes the overall experience frustrating and discouraging. I hope they improve transparency and ensure participants are rewarded fairly for their contributions.

Could be great, but...
As others have said, it takes forever for your gift card to actually show up in your wallet, then it takes another 4-6 weeks to actually be able to cash it out. AND they changed it to a $50 cash out.
Time and again, it will disqualify you AFTER you pass the demographic portion, which usually doesn't happen. All disqualifying questions need to be asked at the BEGINNING of the survey, not 10-20 minutes into it.
It's too bad really; Sago/Focus Group pays the best for surveys. It's pretty easy to stack up money, but having to wait more than 6-8 weeks for it is just beyond the pale.

I believe I am banned from…
I believe I am banned from participating in research studies. You see, I had called a month after the study I participated in was done becuase I still hadnt gotten my gift card. The gentleman who answered the phone was extremely condescending and rude. He was enjoying my frustration, and continued to provoke it with condescending and unsympathetic remarks. So, obviously I'm going to get more upset when he's deliberately trying to provoke me. I threatened to come to their offices. I didnt have to becuase that got someones attention and the gift card was awarded within hours. Now, when I qualify for and agree to participate in a research study, someone always calls to cancel my participation the day before. Its happened twice in a row when its never happened in the 30 years I've been doing research studies with them. So, it seems as though they don't want my participation anymore, but their enterprise resource planning software, which conducts the surverys for eligibility, does not have the capabilities to block individuals. So, someone must go over the list of participants, then call/text to cancel their study participation. Last time this happened I took off work and missed out on $120 in pay. This time I'm insisting on payment, even if I have to speak directly with Steve Schlieshinger. They even confirmed the event 24 hours in advance but cancel on me last second? They didnt even have the decency to call me to cancel.
