SalesAI has a great concept, but their new features don't work for everyone. We invested a LOT of time, waited an unknown position in a queue for two weeks, tried troubleshooting with a live senior agent who wasn't able to get things working properly and didn't know why they failed...so we asked for (took a few tries), and got a refund. Open to starting back up again once they confirm everything is working. I'd consider their tech to be in beta, although apparently it functions fine for a decent chunk of their customers. Hope internal troubleshooting and the product team gets the kinks worked out.

This company has a product that in theory sounds great. Unfortunately the product does not work. They charge you a large on boarding fee and your subscription fee's in advance. There is a reason why! They have no customer support or technical support. We've had to block them because after reading all past reviews they kept charging customers after they bought the product.
