Just be aware that if you end up getting a store credit you won't be able to take advantage of any other promotion they offer like (Free Shipping). Apparently my store credit is treated different than other payment options (i.e. Credit, Debit, PayPal). I guess store credit is a second rate payment option. Shady!

Half of the fish arrived DOA, and a couple of inverts died few days later. Everything else in my reef tank is fine. I think the stress of shipping must be an issue, or the quality of the product before shipping is suspect. It is not worth the 15 day guarantee because of the shipping cost to get a replacement.

Saltwaterfish.com is great. I always get my orders promptly and most of the time all is well. When things are not ok they give credit for lost product promptly.

10 of the 14 fish I ordered were DOA. Once reported, they did ask if I wanted a reshoot or a refund. We will see what happens
