Understand the Holiday, but you should have indicated that it would be 5 days before I get my order. In normal circumstances have received it in 2 days.

Everything was great with ordering and communication. Shipment was on time. Only issue I had was the heat packs were no where near the shipping bags in the carton. The water in the shipping bags was 67 degrees when I emptied the bags to acclimate. Luckily, I did not loose any livestock. I would suggest putting the heat packs in with the shipping bags and not on top of the shipping paper where they do not do very much good. All in all, a good experience. Mike
