Great company! Always sends top quality. And if any shipping incidents happen they will work with you! Definitely my favorite online store!

You delivered me a dead fish. It was packed sideways. The heat pad wasn’t even activated so the fish was cold. No customer service call back. And I can’t even get a replacement fish.... utterly ridiculous

Good fish at good prices, great support staff

I ordered fish. They came in great condition. The packaging was perfect. Fish are doing fantastic!!

I am very happy with my order. Fish were delivered in excellent condition and shipped quickly. I will definitely purchase from again!

Top Notch customer service. Great selection and people who really give personal help when I need it. LOVE THESE GUYS!

Fish were shipped and delivered right on time. I only wish they included more water in the bags for the fish as it doesn't leave much room for error as they're moved around.

I have shopped with you folks for many years. Always happy with the critters! And I appreciate your guarantee on your products. I look forward to continue shopping with you, thanks!
