Hello, Thank you for your feedback! In order to have your number appear on your friends' screen when you call them, you have to make the calls using our iOS or Android app called KeepCalling. After downloading the app, you can set your caller ID yourself. The app also allows you to call without entering any number at all, by simply choosing the contacts saved on your phone (in international format). Your SalutHaiti.com Team

Hello, The $11.68 order you placed on July 3rd could not be processed, as it returned with an error. The number you entered is either not valid or not prepaid. The amount appears on your bank statement because our service attempted to charge it when you placed the order, but since the order was not successful the money remained in your account.
