Do not buy this bike. There's nowhere to go if you have problems. Communications are all electronic no UK based phone number. I had no help with my problem just lots of meaningless suggestions. The bike had a design fault and can't be repaired so its not fit for purpose. Whatever you do dont get a flat tyre on the rear wheel or need a new tyre because the only way to remove the back wheel is to dismantle the motor.

It is a very good reliable bike, also very strong on hilly roads and unpaved roads. Easy to take everywhere.

Good help with my order

The bike arrived after a few days. The box the bike was in was very damaged. I ended up receiving the cardboard box with reservations and the postman made a note. Fortunately, the bike was undamaged. But I'll take the bike to a bike mechanic if there's anything on the way that I haven't seen. It's an ok bike for the price. It's a bike you'll be happy with.

The bike is great!
