They were very fast and delivered ahead of expected time. No complaints other than the price of the test.

I received the results in 8 hours. That is fantastic. But it was difficult to find the place, because there was no building that HP shows. I wanted to talk to someone in the actual place, but there was no phone number for the specific place.

The service is very helpful but the receptionist was astonishing ignorant, citing HIPAA as an excuse for not assisting us in something that has nothing to do with HIPAA. You need to do better training.

The staff was nice. The specific person drawing my blood didn’t know every STI covered by the blood panel. Easy enough to look up but the staff should know.
