Seamless startup and great customer service. Cant imagine operations without it

We experienced an excellent demonstration and communication before even deciding to switch to Samsara. Our account executive Lora was fantastic and responded very promptly. Between her and Samsara's technical team, we had all our questions answered quickly. They even helped us with "work-a-rounds" within the system for our unique set up. The onboarding experience was smooth and informative. As well as the knowledge base Samsara offers 24/7 is a great help. If the customer service and software continues as great as it has been, we can see a productive future with the Samsara team.

We recently starting using Samsara Electronic Logging Devices on our fleet vehicles, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole process smooth and painless. The devices themselves were extremely easy to set up even for those with only minimal technical knowledge. Day to day functionality of the device and the apps for the phone is very user friendly and simple to navigate. The included WiFi hotspot serves a double purpose, it assists those without a data plan to connect and run the Samsara Driver app, but furthermore gives the driver another medium to connect a laptop/ipad for email or online messaging. What's most important to me is to have one person I can call and talk to about all of my questions and concerns. Samsara's setup allows that! I'm not a fan of calling customer service and talking to someone different every time I call, and I don't have to do that with Samsara. I've been with Samsara for almost a year and have zero complaints!

Samsara is similar enough to Verizon Reveal and OmniTrax so that one can get with it on day one. Webinars need to be more direct. Lots of wasted time in the two that I signed up for. Can’t afford a lot of that
