So convenient!

Poor customer service
Part of my Samsaraherbs order exploded within the mailing packaging en route during shipping. I have sent 3 emails and a phone call-not able to talk to a person, only able to leave a voice message. It's been over 2 weeks. I can't use what was sent and I am out that money. This is horrible customer service!

Hi Mam Mil, we admit that there was an issue with our customer support. The person in charge of customer support, while initially doing a great job, started to skip customer emails more often and we only found out afterwards. That person does not work for us anymore and we strive to do better with our new team member in charge of customer support. We will always provide a response to emails sent to us in at most 24 hours. Hope we can make it up to you! Contact us and experience our new support level please. Thank you for your understanding.
