Easy to order and they kept me posted on delivery. Excellent service

Ordered a mug for my grandsons teacher. It had A line down the mug what was not featured in the picture on the site. Contacted the company and they said it was a normal overlap. I think not would not recommend this website. Wish I could upload a picture on this review. They are so wrong for this. I will never order from here again. Disappointed!

The cup it’s okay, Not too thrilled about it, the bottom metal part of the cup is bent, and the graphic it’s a little blurry. I ask for a fast delivery and even paid extra for it, it only tells you when the cup will arrive after placing the order. And even then there was no fast delivery date. The cup arrived a month later. The worst part was that this was supposed to be a gift.

This is a special gift for adult grandkids. I can't wait for them to love it as much as I did. Thank you for great customer service, keeping me up to date. Thank you
