The staff looked like they didn’t give…
The staff looked like they didn’t give a crap when I brought in my thinkpad. $80 and three trips later, the problem still isn’t resolved.

Memory lost, trust lost
I gave the young man the computer, and a note from my son indicating what needed to be done. I read the note to him, and he taped it to the laptop. The note specified to not lose the information, but he deleted all the info off the Asus laptop after waiting several weeks, only to be very disappointed. My son will not trust to use your services any longer, the loss traumatized my son disabled.
