I ordered a cross initially that I wanted to exchange for a different piece. Kaylynn was very amenable to the exchange. She was very gracious and patient with my particular circumstances. Her prices are high. Her pieces are beautiful.

The seller is very responsive and easy to work with. She has some very nice pieces for sale. The listing includes informative descriptions on the artists, measurements and stones which is much appreciated. While the prices may be a bit higher than other sites, her pieces definitely reflect in quality where others don’t. I also like that she offers ring resizing which is tricky to do at a regular jeweler with turquoise items. Shipping was fast as was the ring resize that I ordered.
