Thank you for all your help converting a rough .png file to a file my machine could read. Quick turn arounds and very responsive to modifications as I made practice stitch outs. Had a wonderful experience

I honestly can’t say enough great things about Sassy Digitizing! I have used them to vectorize several of my designs, and the quality of their work has been outstanding every single time. The difference really shows in my finished products. My designs come out clean, crisp, sharp, and incredibly vibrant on shirts and other merchandise. The colors look amazing, the lines and details are clear, and everything has a polished, professional appearance. When you’re putting your designs on products that represent your business, that quality really matters—and Sassy Digitizing consistently delivers. Beyond the quality of their work, they are absolutely fantastic to work with. They are responsive, patient, accommodating, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I am completely happy with the finished artwork. If I need an adjustment, have a question, or come to them with a special request, they are always willing to work with me to get everything just right. I especially appreciate being able to send them my artwork and feel confident that I’m going to receive a high-quality vector file that will reproduce beautifully across different products. That kind of consistency and reliability is incredibly valuable. Their attention to detail, quality of work, turnaround time, and customer service are all exceptional. They truly care about the finished result, and it shows. I would absolutely recommend Sassy Digitizing to anyone looking for professional, high-quality vector artwork. They have become my go-to for vectorizing my designs, and I wouldn’t hesitate to trust them with any project. Five stars all the way!

Digitizing at the highest standard imaginable. I did my research. I was looking for the best of the best! Just like everyone else my embroidered crest was my baby. Money was no object! I came to Sassy Digitizing with an embroidered crest that had to meet a luxury standard — dense stitch work, a demanding design, no room for compromise. John's first question about my crest was, "What was the inspiration behind my image? When he heard my enthusiasm, passion, and my why he simply said, "I'll treat it like it's my own" I'll never forget that! Sassydigitizing delivered files that carried the design exactly as it was meant to be carried. The precision was evident the moment the work ran. What sets this partnership apart is the counsel. When fulfillment fell outside their scope, they didn’t simply decline — they pointed me toward the right blanks and, later, connected me with a production partner they personally trust. That’s not a vendor. That’s someone invested in the work being done right. Every file was delivered in the formats I needed, ready to hand off cleanly. For anyone building something meant to endure, this is the digitizing partner to hold onto. — Goshen & Luz Co.™

Fast and easy to order. Quick turnaround and easy adjustments. Great company!

My work with Sassy Digitizing isn't quite finished however I have to write and say how accommodating they have been, how dedicated they have been to getting the designs just the way I want them, and how communicative they are. They call, they email, they follow-up. They are truly concerned that they are providing not just top notch digitizing, but top notch customer service as well.

Great quality great digitizing 👊🏾

I sent them the graphic for a new item expecting it to take a week for the final product. It took less than a day to receive the finished version. They were very responsive and easy to do business with. I will certainly use them for any future needs

The best customer service in the game! The quality is top notch and the turnaround is speedy. If I have any questions, I'm always able to speak to a person! We're proud to have Sassy as our go to digitizer.
