Diamonds do. Or shine as advertised. They will not Honor the money back guarantee and I have had to do a PayPal dispute to get my money back. Customer service is non existent. Only offering me a voucher. Also want me to send the good to a different country than they shipped from. Worst on line experience I have had. Buyer stay away from sateur as you will not be happy like me

After waiting for MONTHS to receive my $138 diamond, 2 carat necklace I couldn't believe my purchase. It was the worst piece of junk that I ever invested in!! The chain is so thin and flimsy that it will fall apart with one touch and the clasp is so tiny that I couldn't put it on or even SEE the attached clasp. Unbelievable rip-off. This jewelry should be sold at "The Dollar Store." I will not believe that the positive reviews of this jewelry store are authentic.....I think the reviews are placed by associates who are employed by Sateur, or relatives who are lying about the authenticity and excellence of their jewelry. Don't invest your hard-earned money in this inauthentic website....you will lose your money because they don't accept returns. I tried to cancel my order and then asked for a full refund of my $138. I was denied on both. So now I'm stuck with this piece of junk. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!

Do not buy. Looks like a gumball machine. Wrong size also sent. Won’t allow me to return for a refund. £190 completely wasted.

Amazing jewelry. I ordered from them twice so far. Amazing customer service. They made sure I was happy. The prices are very good. My wife loves the necklace and diamond ring I got her. I wasn’t able to afford a food diamond ring when I proposed 7 years ago, but thanks to Satéur and a better income I was able to buy a beautiful engagement ring for her!

The Moissanite is absolutely stunning. The updates on the steps being taken on the ring and the attention to detail and care is incredible.
