James Baclig was a fantastic sales rep! He went above and beyond to help me choose the right product, and ensure that I had not only the necessary accessories, but a couple little extras too! He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient! I felt that even though I’m across the country, I was a valued customer and given the same attention and support as if I was making an in person purchase. I highly recommend this company and if you are lucky enough to work with James, that’s a bonus!

Ordering with Sauna Heater Supply was easy and quick; it was a one stop shop for all the items needed for a new sauna. James was very helpful in answering questions and suggesting a heater size for the sauna I was ordering. Being able to talk to someone who is knowledgeable made the process much easier.

They went out of their way to answer ALL of our questions, and to source all of the additional parts we needed that weren't listed on the website (chimney extension and heat shield). He responded to messages after hours, and even gave us an additional discount we didn't ask for. Highly recommended!
