I just received my first order, with free shipping and 10$ off. I must say the quality is good, veggies look pretty fresh. This is in Seattle area. Not sure about other areas though. Definitely buying more from them.

This site is a horrible site for selling fresh food. Their prices are so high and they can’t keep the delivery date they promise you. Do not buy any fresh vegetables, meats and seafood from this site. It’s a joke.

Before I sign up for this website, they show Ad for great deal with sign up. However once I sign up, it disappeared and changed to cheaper deal. It was $20 off for first order with free delivery for first 5 orders, but it changed to $10 off for the first order only. Scams all over.

Ordering some merchandises from Weee!,for some unknown reason, it replaced my orders with some totally different items. I tried unsuccessfully contacting Weee!to correct the « baitandswitch » behavior. You guess: no answer of any kind from the company. I will contact my credit card company to rectify the dishonest Weee! behavior.

I put in my order trusting my items will get delivered tomorrow as what they originally said. Now I received an email saying it’s coming Tuesday next week when I need those ingredients on Monday! So what help is it to me by Tuesday??? They don’t have any direct line Not even a chat bot?!? Who do I talk to about this? No return/cancel button.

I've been a loyal Weee! customer for years and have always been happy with the service. However, my last order was a complete disaster. A mistake by the delivery driver resulted in my groceries being left at the wrong house. The photo provided by the driver clearly shows a different address. I tried to retrieve the groceries myself, but the resident at that address only spoke Portuguese, and I couldn't communicate with them. It was a 2-4 week supply of groceries, so this was a major loss for me. I immediately contacted Weee! customer support. I explained the situation and showed them the photo, but they claimed the delivery was correct and refused to issue a refund. I was extremely disappointed by their lack of accountability and unwillingness to help. This experience has completely soured me on the company, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
