I haven't had a satisfying answer to where my parts are since April 4. No one returns calls or emails. I really need to speak to someone in charge.

Very unsatisfied with the parts customer service. Employee is not very friendly at all. It is their job to help us as a dealer provide for our customers and most of the time we call we are treated as an inconvenience.

Received part but does not look like original. Have left 2 messages with parts dept. to ask if it is correct part but just redesigned and no return calls yet.

Waited two weeks. Called to check status and told they would get back to me. Couple of days later informed via email you could not fill order. Said 2017 parts were no longer available. No one checked to see that 700 and 800 Warrior windshields are interchangeable. Poor service.

2 tries 2 wrong parts. Thanks for nothing

The part I ordered came and it was the wrong one. I have emailed them and not heard anything back.

The ignition key blank did not match the original and according to my local locksmith is not compatible with the original. I will be returning it for refund.

PRODUCT IS INFERIOR AND HAS GOT THE REPUTATION AS SUCH STAFF HAVE NOT SENSE OF FOLLOW UP DON BREWER 662-234-1611
