He came to install a new device, and at the same time, he quickly serviced my existing unit without hesitation. This extra effort was a pleasant surprise and showed real dedication to customer satisfaction. Corrie explained everything in detail, making sure I understood how the system works and what to expect from it. His professional yet friendly approach left a very positive impression. The ScentAir machine itself works perfectly – reliable, easy to use, and the scents are excellent: consistent, clean, and not overpowering. It really makes a difference in the atmosphere. Having read the other awful reviews I wanted to comment on my experience with Scentair.com. I have just purchased a reed diffuser online and I did have problems placing the order. So I contacted customer support UK and I spoke with Kevin. He was lovely, very helpful - sorted out the problem I was having and was extremely pleasant. This is the second order I have placed with Scentair, the first was just to sample the product which I love, so decided to buy the reed diffuser in same scent.
