I had to contact service a couple times. One to cancel an order. The other because one of the bottles had leaked and was empty when it came in. Both times service was quick and painless. Highly recommend!

order came in with a couple bottles empty and labels scratched off, I emailed them and they immediately responded and sent me replacements for free, very fast and kind service!

My original order was delivered and there was a problem. I reached out and they responded almost immediately. My problem was resolved the same day and the company made good the replacement. People make mistakes it's the manner in which they handle the mistakes it's what matters.

The sample I ordered was delivered to the wrong address from USPS. Scentdecant sent a new one right away. I'm still waiting for it. However, it makes a big difference when a company just goes that extra step. Thank you.

Perfume samples within the first package I received had leaked so I contacted the company. They replenished the leaked samples free of charge, and the second package arrived without any issues.

I wanted to try a fragrance and so the smaller sample sized bottle was ideal. When I received the item; I was severely disappointed as most of the cologne had leaked out. I emailed with a picture and the company quickly sent me another sample. Not perfect - I would rather have it correct the first time but mistakes happen and I appreciate the customer support.
