Unfortunately, USPS destroyed my package but I am grateful because this company sent out a new order the next day at no charge! Always a positive experience with Scent Decant. Great variety, great customer service, packaged well, deals, and you earn points towards a discount with each order. One of my absolute favorite things is that the 1ml decants are sprayable. I also love the free shipping days. Give them a try, you'll be glad you did.

Quick shipping and great product. Had an issue with the Post Office not delivering to the correct address and Tracy from Customer service issued an immediate resend with 0 hassle. (I did purchase the 2$ shipping insurance)

I ordered some samples and due to a mistake with the shipper my package was delivered to the wrong location. I reached out to support and the next day they sent out a new shipment - no charge. Prices are great and the scents are wonderful.

Very awesome. The customer service was very nice and quick to respond. Sent them an email to say that a sample I ordered was broken, not their fault, and they responded the next morning. The process was very very simple unlike many other places that require more steps. Overall very satisfied with how they treat and take care of their customers.
