I placed a big order and when I…
I placed a big order and when I received 4 of the candles where broken. I emailed them to let them know with no response.

Hello Christine, You emailed us on September 2nd at 5:59pm and we replied to your email on September 2nd at 6:21pm. We asked for you to send us pictures and let us know which scents were broken so that we could send replacements. Also, we just sent a follow up email as well. Please email us back so that we can send you the new candles. Thanks, Kevin
