Everyone was extremely helpful and polite that I worked with on this pickup. It's the first time I picked up an oversized item and used the outside customer pickup. The guys had clear instructions on what I had to do on the paperwork side and loaded the item into my vehicle. It was a very good experience like I have had so many times at Scheels in Fargo!
