Great customer service
Really fantastic customer service. So nice to shop a employee owned company online with the confidence that you’ll be well taken care of as a customer. Wide selection of mid to high end brands, reasonable prices (including easy price matching) and free returns. I had never heard of Scheels until recently but have been spreading the word to family and friends ever since.

I was supposed to get this a week ago…
I was supposed to get this a week ago tomorrow. I paid a lot of postage basically double for the hat and it just arrived today. I was supposed to have this by Thurs. Dec. 22...its Dec.28th. I would think that I would atleast get part of that postage back. I also thought the hat was white and its off white/beige, Not happy at all!
