SCAMMER ALERT! There was no option for zero star so I was bound to give one star. They are scammers. They got the money for the tickets but were not helping me. They were not even replying to my chats and blocked me from chat. They are Liars and scammers. Worst website. I will request everyone NOT TO BOOK tickets from this website.

**DO NOT BOOK TICKETS WITH SFRV**SCAMMERS** Does not deserve any stars. They are scammers. Don't even go and book anything from them. I booked the flight tickets with them and they cancelled it within 7 days and there website promised 14 days guaranteed validity. The chat support deleted the chat whenever I connect with them and email service do not reply you at all. They won't help you once you book the tickets. I would suggest book flexible tickets instead of dummy tickets for peace of mind. It was a big mistake to trust SFRV. Also don't trust on the review which have 5 stars they might not be genuine or verified users and all belongs to there people who gave the review. I am saying this from my personal experience.

I had lots of issues with them regarding the flight reservation: first, their service was slow and second, their flight reservations constantly disappeared on the airline website which made it hard to verify the validity of the flight reservations. As such, we had to constantly communicate with their customer service to get these frequently-occurring issues fixed. It was a cumbersome experience because we needed the reservations valid and verifiable for our visa application. However, I will say that while most of their customer service staff are not easy to communicate with, others are attentive and supportive.
