this firm takes high responsibilies what makes them a good choice is both the quick prompt reply and trying to solve problems asap. I personnaly have faced two times issues not related to them and they have done their best to address thanks to the team

Very bad experience with this company. They make me lost my chance to get the schegen visa. They provided me with flight and hotel reservation for one day only and because of that the greece embassy rejected my visa. I paid to this scammer 170 $ and after that they stopped response and they blocked me.

I have purchase a flight reservation and they did send me the confirmation however it’s not verifiable on the flights official website like they advertised. Therefore I contacted them about it, initially they said they can’t do that airline, they have to change to another airline if I need it to be verifiable(already sounds dodgy, like why would you send me something that’s not working?) Then I said can’t change, because that’s the one I put on the visa application form. They then said that they have re-activated it and it’s working now. I asked them to send me a screenshot to show it works, again they said they have to switch airlines. 🤣🤣At the end I asked for a refund, that’s when they stopped replying. Please check your bookings!!
