Great service, great communication, we're happy with the overall business and will go back for more items we need for our family! I am one of those people that rarely post reviews, but I couldn't believe how good those guys are - they're the best!

The last time I used your services it was great. I was served fast. This time I had to keep engaging with your customer care who was giving false advice. I received the reservation after more than 24 hours

Brian, I saw your case and read all the emails and saw the timing, according to that you placed normal standard order and we sent you the reservation document in the next 19 to 20 hours, not after 24 hours please calculate the timing on your end as well. We always try our best to serve our customers as soon as possible.

Thank you for the reservation, which was fine. Not 100% clear though, why you choose to make the reservation with 2 different airlines, one for outbound, and another one for inbound travel. As the reservation with only one airline would have been easier and more realistic.

Thanks for using our services, secondly to accomplish your destination exact requirements we have to add transits because sometimes the same airlines do not go directly to that destination. Hope you understand and we love to see you in future as well :-)

Everything is good except the waiting time if there a need to change the date because of some reason. I requested to change the dates because of some Requirements changes for Turkey and took 15+ hrs which should be quick.

Thanks for using our services, we are trying our level best to serve our respected customers. Changes in the existing reservation can take time slightly but we will improve this time span and again thanks for your precious time :-)
