Grill is amazing. Cooks perfectly, the sear you get on the steak in a minute is perfect. Grill shipped out quickly. Definitely a great addition to the outdoor kitchen

Website was easy to navigate. It was difficult to make a purchase experience because there was no user manual for the product to determine if the the size of the grill would fit my space. Upon checkout there was no option for delivery service. For example 2-days or 7-days.

Back then, our grills were shipped through standard carriers without tiered delivery speeds, and we understand how that could have felt limiting. Since then, we’ve added more FAQ resources online and now also offer multiple shipping options, including priority, 2-day, and express overnight service. Response time and actual response is wonderful! I emailed that an item ordered did not make it and that the pizza stone was chipped. I received an immediate refund for missing (and not needed) item and new pizza stone on its way. Great way to keep custom happy!
