I am regularly able to chat with an agent by chat or phone and receive great help. Today was a phone call in regards to an order and my concerns were addressed right away.

Scout & Cellar (James) did an amazing job of listening to my delivery problem and was able to make it right. The delivery problem WAS NOT THEIR FAULT but they did everything to resolve it so that I was happy. Now to leave a really bad review for the Dollar General who refused to release my delivery!

Aldren was super helpful today on the Scout & Cellar Support Line on the phone. As a consultant, I so appreciate the Support Staff assisting us with great service.

Started with a phone call and the problem was a very common one, (I found this out once we knew the issue) and should have been easily resolved, however the person we spoke to was adamant that we needed to escalate the issue and wouldn’t try to take care of the customer first. He told us to send screen shot via email and once we did that, we could call back and be assisted manually by him. He would not let us stay on hold to do this.

Aldren was excellent. She informed me of my issue and went above and beyond at finding the best resolution for me as the customer before I could even ask. What a delight!
