We are unable to receive all faxes. 5% of income faxes are never received and we have to direct people to fax to our back office fax line Update: I have tried multiple times to have this issue resolved through support. I am told the person sending the fax has a problem with their phone line. but yet they can fax to my back office fax no problem. Tell me how that makes sense?

This is an easy to use system to send and receive secured faxes. The program works flawlessly. It seems to me some difficult to contact help on demand. they offer only email help. Beside this, I would recommend it to everyone that needs a fast, easy accessible system to send and receive faxes. It is like having a real fax machine!

I am not a heavy user of secure fax, however I am a critical user. I chose Sfax because it was the only one at the time which offered HIPAA security and also didn't require a big buy-in or monthly fee for occasional users. The security is still there but recent changes have made it less practical for occasional users like myself. If that does not apply because you are a business user, I can recommend Sfax without reservations.
