Sal was our great and accommodating driver answering our Pier 66 drop off/pick-up questions along with helping with our luggage and equipment. Sal and the office staff made the trip a pleasurable experience.

Beautiful piano music was playing for most of the trip; Roman is a very good driver and conscientious in letting me know he has delays and when he arrives.
