Shawn Croats was extremely helpful with any questions or concerns my husband and I had from beginning to end. He is very knowledgeable and works to get the best rates the first time without jerking us around. If Mr. Croats didn’t know something he was honest and would find the answer. We appreciate all he has done and the fact he isn’t trying to pressure people nor is he giving us inaccurate information. We would recommend Mr.Croats specifically to work with when choosing your company but that your whole company did their best to handle our refinance efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner.

We were amazed by how smoothly and quickly the loan process went. Mike Cannon handled our refinance. He and his team did a phenomenal job, the entire process taking less than three weeks from beginning to end. Mike spent hours explaining things to us in detail. I cannot speak highly enough about him.
