James called me a couple months ago. He was very knowledgeable, he was very professional and trying to get my business. He was consistent, but not like a typical aggravating sales person. When he did call or text, he wasn't always trying to sell me anything, he was trying to build a relationship. It allowed me to build trust in him. I didn't let him know that if I was going to renew the trademark that I was going to call him. I didn't want him to know because I wasn't for sure I was going to have him or even go after the trademark. Things changed in Action Krav Maga that allowed me to go ahead and allow the trademark to be re-filed. One; because of James. The frustrations that I had with USPTO regarding renewing my trademark of Action Krav Maga using another company that it wound up getting denied for a supposed conflict of name. James said, “Tony we can try it a different way. Do the logo with the name and this could change a lot of things; but there's no guarantee”. He was being honest. I highly recommend anybody calling James to be their sales person. It would be good to call him as it would be very very good for you to do so. He filed for the new trademark and I was massively impressed with how he went about doing it and how he described everything by just things I have said. He followed what I told him that he put in the best professional way possible for reregistering Action Krav Maga.

Paxton Wells of Secure Mark Usa has been a great help to me because if I had to run across him I will still be searching now for somebody to help me my trademark issues he also helped me with the application to make sure that I understood on the initial application on what to fill out so I didn't leave any question unanswered I really believe people like him deserve recognition and a raise because they're the ones that's going out of their way to help regular people like me considering my disabilities and hardship he's helping me and I'm very thankful for the universe lining me up with that individual

Not often is a call about your trademark the highlight of your day, but such was the case with James Bennett @ Secure Mark USA. Getting my mark taken care of has been number 11 on a 10 item to do list and James knocked it out in a matter of hours. He was incredibly clear and concise and I felt like he really understood my business. I will absolutely go back with all my mark needs. They were great and had flexible pricing, which I also thought was a great option.
