Seelbach's has horrible communications. Ordered 2 bottles of bourbon. First one arrived and was the wrong one. I emailed them (which is all they offer you to do...don't supply phone number, only email address) twice and they never replied. Searched forever on the internet and finally found a phone number and talked to someone and they (as 3rd party) said they'd pass along. Disputed both charges with credit card company...finally received the first one and tried emailing them again...no response. Kept other dispute on and 'finally' receive the other bottle over 2 weeks later. Stopped both disputes, but what a waste of my time. Your communications, both email and by phone "sucks'!" Will never do business with you again...wasting my time. Figure out how to be a reputable business!

Excellent company! The customer service is friendly, professional and prompt. I forgot to add a discount code provided. I emailed them and in 10 minutes they applied the discount code I forgot and refunded my card for that amount. Outstanding!
