Somewhat disappointed
The shipping of the kit literally took quite a while. Then the wait for results was about 2 months. I would have not ordered if I had known it would take that long. The data is OK, not what I expected. For whatever reason, I am unable to upload to any other genetic site for analysis, other than Promethease for additional $12. I was curious about heritage, and so far have not been able to find a place where SelfDecode data can be analyzed.

I really like selfdecode
I really like selfdecode. Their advice and recommendations keep improving, and it is slowly becoming a go-to resource for me. It's well on it's way to be on par in the future with other great health resources like for example examine.com.
