At times it can be overwhelming, but the site organizes and presents it in a way that makes it manageable, with action steps included. There is a lot of good information on life style habits and helpful nutritional and supplement suggestions with the Personal Reports using one's personal genetic information. There are numerous links available through out the reports to check out a deeper dive into areas of interest through out the reports. I appreciate the adding of more personal reports as the need arises. Example, not long ago they added a Personal Report for Thyroid, which is an area of concern for me and for many people. It gave some good input and suggestions. And it will help me to know things to bring up when I talk with my practitioner. Also, they just recently added a Personal Report for the Covid-19 and viral infection susceptibility in general, which is helpful.
