Nice products, but returns are painful
I have had Sena products before. They are great quality, nicely made, well designed. But I gave them a less than stellar rating due to the difficulty of initiating a return. The user interface is archaic compared to any other online shop I've encountered.

Iphone 14 wallet case
Iphone 14 wallet case: Not well designed. The leather may be too thick. The case barely stays closed with no credit cards or cash in it, but will not stay folded once an item or two has been added. I would say customer service has bordered on rude. The Nomad wallet case is simpler and less luxurious, but at least well designed.

Great case unless you want MagSafe charging
The case is beautiful, high quality, and the leather smells great. So why only two stars? MagSafe charging has been around for over 2 years, and in my opinion is a must-have feature. Nomad makes a similar case with MagSafe capabilities (I'm not affiliated with them in any way) that is also several mm thinner. We bought one of these after buying the Sean case

The iPhone case for the 14 Pro is too small. You can only get the iPhone into the case with force.
The device is very difficult to fit in at all.

Our UltraSlim cases are designed to be snug against the naked device. As such there is sometimes a break in period with them that will require inserting 2 fingers in the case and making a scissoring type motion to slightly stretch it or you may insert and remove the iPhone itself a few times. Nate, sorry to hear that the Ultra slim case appears too tight. Have you tried to loosen the leather a bit? You can do this be sliding your phone in and out of the case a few times or by inserting 2 fingers and in a scissor motion gently stretch the leather. We would be happy to help you with this.
