I paid for $200 of Ethereum with Celsius that was withdrawn from my account however not processed. Sendwrye did let me know it was an issue on their and and that I would be refunded. I was never refunded. Months later I was sent an email asking if the issue was resolved. I replied back stating it was not...and now a month later I am getting a survey asking about my experience. It is only $200 and this stuff happens in crypto so I shrugged it off and let it go. Why email me asking if it was resolved when nobody did anything? Why send me a survey? Stop sending me emails - just refund the $200 or don't.
