It’s not the service I’m Complaining about. It is the excessive fees

Overpriced, but received ticket as ordered

Great fast fast service, great competitive prices the lowest of them all.

This was a seamless experience for me and I saved about 20% from Stub Hub quote for very similar seats

My tickets scanned as “refund” and we were turned away from the event. It took a lot of planning and effort to make that Friday night a very special date night and it was so embarrassing and humiliating to go up to the gate and be denied entry. I spoke to a customer service rep who was extremely nice and kind, so that was good, but now it’s Wednesday night and I *still have not been refunded* for their error, which just adds insult to injury.

Service was good. Fees were ridiculous.
