Your products are wonderful. One suggestion I can make is that your customer service department be a bit more responsive to questions a customer has. I have found that a bit lacking

We enjoyed the Panettone bread/ cake. We understand that this cake is for Christmas occasion, however my family sometimes crave for this bread.

Two things: 1) it would be helpful to be able to sort product "in stock" versus "out of stock". I spend too much time looking at product that is not in stock 2) please respond to emails. If you indicate on your site that you can be contacted by emails then please respond to them

The packaging arrived intact. Indeed, so intact that it was difficult to open the container of excellent, tase genuine olives, hence one star off. If possible it would have been 4.8 stars since the olives were the point not the package.

Was very disappointed that cheeseswere not marked. We ordered quite a bit from you and it was for a party and we wanted to label everything and we had to play a guessing game on white a few of the cheese is that we ordered were… They really need to be clearly marked.
