They say payment is due on June 7, 2021, but they charge on June 6, 2021, before we can even cancel the free trial. That's a complete ripoff and greedy for money. Request a refund, file chargeback with the bank, and open a case with Paypal. We cancel the plan, delete the account, hopefully, we won't keep getting charges.

Poor experience. Complete rip off I feel. I would never ever recommend their service to anyone. There are better seo audit service providers out there. Support behaviour is very rude and unprofessional. I wish I could rate them just 0.5 stars. They charged my card without my authorization. They are not ready to refund. I will file a chargeback.

I signed up for the free trial and immediately found that I couldn't crawl my website as it was password protected by an .htaccess file until publicly launching it. The whole point of SEO is to fine tune your website for better results, preferably starting that process prior to launch. I emailed their support team on the 15th of April, asking if there was a way around this problem. I got no response. After a couple of days i went elsewhere for what I needed and have since launched the website. Today, the 23rd of April, 8 days later, I finally got a response from SEOSiteCheckup. Very Very bad They charged my Card without any notification and then tried to charge my card for higher package, theses Guys Cheating people who don,t know Tech, I asked their Team to refund my money they said my case has been forward to the higher team but then they never replied after one email, and they charged my card without my permission which is kind scammers act! i don,t want to use your services any more

Very bad customer service, they charge your credit card without any notification and won't refund. Their resolution is to cancel your account so you won't change next cycle.
