Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Don’t respond for days. Don’t use them, go elsewhere for better products and services. It’s put me off using them . The beauty bag promotions are a rip off. They give you a discount so your spend is not valid for the beauty bag. Terms and conditions aren’t clear on the website either. Really poor
