We are all very happy with the system overall. It has massively improved day-to-day tasks & work-flow compared with our prior system. Sequoia itself is very user friendly and easy to learn. Arthur & his team did a great job in handling the task in adapting the system to meet our business needs. It was not an easy task to handle. Sequoia has proven to be very useful to the finance department. Great source of valuable information and reporting, essential on ensuring accuracy of information as well as keeping track of project performance. We continue to find better ways on how Sequoia could assist further the finance function and I'm sure that this can be developed in the future.

Sequoia has proven a real boon to our Logistics Department. At its most basic it has significantly reduced the risk of human error in the issuing of repetitive documents and ensures a high level of consistency and accuracy in the presentation of our paperwork to clients and third parties. The user interface is clean, intuitive and easily navigable. Even the technophobes in our office have found it painless to master! As our familiarity with Sequoia has grown we have found it easy to adapt and add all manner of highly specific documents, to calibrate and run a range of reports and to add in further levels of detail that greatly assists us in ongoing compliance (both internal and external) and management of our operations. Flexibility is undoubtedly Sequoia’s greatest virtue. We continue to see ways that we can incorporate more of our companies processes and procedures and sensibly streamline administrative functions.
